Risk assessment 2 - Amelia

When we use lighting for the gym location, to make sure nobody trips over the equipment we will make sure we tape all the wires down properly. There are no uneven paths inside college where we are filming and we don't have a lot of heavy equipment to carry so injury from that should be fine. To ensure other students and teachers are aware of our activity we will put signs up in our filming locations.

Illness.

From the week before half term, until Monday the 8th of March, I have been off sick. This means that I haven't been able to be involved in the planning. To make up for this, I will be taking a leading role in the filming and editing stages. - Emma

Filming outside of college.

We are going to be filming in a wooded area in Burgess Hill, there isn't any traffic in this particular area but there are other pedestrians that walk through, the paths can be uneven;(could trip/injury.) We won't have a problem with the weight of equipment because we only need a camera and a tripod. The location won't be an issue for directions because Lorna knows the area well.

• Gym location & Match on Action :
  We've sent an email to the PE department and they have agreed to us filming in the college gym. The match on action from the gym will lead to the Dance studio where we were unable to get a photograph of due to lessons. We've also been granted permission to use the dance studio one lunch time when the room isn't in use.
  
  
  
  
  
• "Cafe"/ dialogue shots :
  We plan to use the reception area and tables as a cafe; and as the dialogue shots have been axed this will only be brief.
  

• Wooded area
  For this location we have thought of a number of places but haven't finalised which we will actually use yet. These shots will only last a few seconds each and will act as flash forwards to her fate.

We currently haven't secured actors but plan on asking friends to help out. For the majority of the opening identities wont be revealed; excluding the ECU shot on the treadmill and establishing shot at the end.

Our initial plan for the opening included a dialogue scene at the end. However due to time management Andy suggested we cut some shots down and only show from the knee down. We've simplified it by cutting out the ending dialogue scene however we'll still use the idea of a cafe and emphasis on the bracelet to reveal the antagonists true identity.
